BMW recently conducted a valuable virtual session at our academy, guiding students through the apprenticeship application process. This initiative proved crucial, as many students may be encountering their first formal application forms, which can often be intimidating. The virtual session provided a valuable opportunity for students to gain clarity, ask questions, and address any concerns they might have. This proactive approach is expected to significantly increase the students’ chances of successfully navigating the recruitment process and advancing to the next stage.
