Meet the Associate Principal – Ms Adele Wallis

Ms Wallis oversees the day-to-day running of WMG Academy Coventry.

Ms Wallis says, “I am extremely excited and honoured to be the Associate Principal at WMG Coventry. I have been in school leadership for over 10 years and this experience and my commitment to providing young people an excellent and relevant learning experience, reflecting our business-like, business-led ethos, will facilitate our students to become successful members of society.”

Meet the Chief Executive Officer – Mr Stewart Tait

Mr Tait says: “I feel incredibly privileged to be the Chief Executive of the WMG Academy Trust. Our aim is to achieve outstanding outcomes for young people through a relentless focus on high quality teaching and learning, delivered by expert practitioners, as well as providing a broad and balanced curriculum for all.

“Both the WMG Academy Coventry and WMG Academy Solihull aim to bring out the best in young people and give them the leadership opportunities to develop themselves and others, whilst securing the knowledge, technical skills and business behaviour we know employers value.”

Prior to taking up the role of CEO, Mr Tait was the Founding Principal of the WMG Academy Solihull.
